Organised by SSHOC and its partner CLARIN-ERIC, the 2020 LR4SSHOC workshop will be held in Marseille (France), as part of the 12th edition of the Language Resources and Evaluation Conference (LREC2020).

This workshop will focus on the goals and aims of realising the SSHOC part of the EOSC, where SSH data, language processing tools, and services are made available, adjusted and accessible for users across SSH domain.

FAIR Research Data Management in SSH: a CO-OPERAS IN & SSHOC Workshop

The workshop addresses workflows and research practices of the participants in terms of research data management, FAIR principles (CO-OPERAS) and their usage and requirements towards services, tools, and specifically towards the SSH Open Marketplace that SSHOC is building.

Europeana 2019 Pre-conference Workshop: EOSC's Evolutionary Scenarios - New Perspectives for Digital Cultural Heritage

This year the Europeana Conference, the main event dedicated to the EU digital platform for cultural heritage and its communities, will take place in Lisbon, Portugal and feature a pre-event workshop entirely dedicated to EOSC. Titled "EOSC's Evolutionary Scenarios - New Perspective for Digital Cultural Heritage", the event will take place on 27 November 2019 in Lisbon, 10:00-13:00 GMT.

Franciska de Jong, Professor at Utrecht University & Executive Director of CLARIN ERIC will present SSHOC, the Social Sciences and Humanities Open Cloud.

EOSC Symposium 2019

CESSDA Widening Meeting - Social Data Services: Challenges Ahead Working on Sustainability, Impact, Capacity Building and Compliance
