D6.11 SSHOC Trainer Toolkit (final)

This deliverable describes the final version of the SSH Training Discovery Toolkit (TDT) which was launched on April 20th 2020. At the time of the launch in April 2020, the TDT highlighted 70 items from 41 different training sources. The TDT consists of an inventory of various learning and training materials that trainers in the Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) can use to develop and improve their training activities.

D1.1 SSHOC Project Management Plan

The SSHOC Project Management Plan is the main project management document and describes how major aspects of the project are managed, monitored and controlled. It is intended to provide guidance and direction for specific conduct, planning, and control activities such as schedule, efforts, internal communication, reporting procedures, adjustments, etc.

D1.2 Quality Assurance & Risk Assessment Plan

D1.3 First Annual Progress & Activity Report

This deliverable is the first annual progress report for the SSHOC project, and as such, one of three planned progress reports to be delivered during the project lifetime. It states the progress and status of work in the first year of the SSHOC project (M1-M12). The information gathered here will be updated after six months, (and thus form the official EC periodic report); the next progress report will follow in 2021. The report starts with a general plan for the SSHOC project in Year 1 (2019), and lists the main objectives set up to be achieved.

D1.4 Second Annual Progress & Activity Report

This deliverable is the second annual report for the SSHOC project. It states the progress and status of work in the second year of the SSHOC project (M12-M24).
The report starts with a general plan for the SSHOC project in Year 2 (2020), and lists the main objectives set up to be achieved. The next section is the main part of this deliverable and focuses on the activities implemented in each Work Package, and describes the progress done in 2020. The section also contains a reference to the deviations from the DoA that happened in this period, and risk assessment status.

D1.5 Final Annual Progress & Activity Report

This deliverable is the third annual progress report for the SSHOC project. It states the progress and status of work in the third year of the SSHOC project (M25-M36).

The report starts with a general plan for the SSHOC project in Year 3 (2021), and lists the main objectives set up to be achieved. The next section is the main part of this deliverable and focuses on the activities implemented in each Work Package, and describes the progress done in 2021. The section also contains a reference to the deviations from the DoA that happened in this period, and risk assessment status.

D1.6 SSHOC Data Management Plan

The Deliverable 1.6 Data Management Plan (DMP) provides structured description of data collected, created, and used for and by the SSHOC project. It also describes the procedures and policies as well as data protection and preservation mechanisms used during the implementation of the SSHOC project and planned in the post implementation period.

This document follows the structure of Horizon 2020 DMP template1 and outlines the key points regarding:

D2.1 SSHOC Overall Communication and Outreach Plan

The purpose of the present document is to define the strategy and foreseen activities for communication and outreach for SSHOC WP2, “Dissemination, Communication and Impact”. In particular, a drill-down on the stakeholder groups and channels utilised is enclosed.

Given the cross-cutting theme of the WP, the ideas and guidelines sketched out in this document affect the creation of all content within the project.

D2.2 Preliminary Report on User Communities' Engagement

SSHOC is a 40-month project which unites 23 partner organisations¹ and their 25 associates in developing the social sciences and humanities area of the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC)² . After 2 years point, this report examines project activities from the perspective of stakeholder engagement, evaluates their impact in terms of progress against defined targets, and lays out the plan to increase uptake of key project results over the final months.

D2.3 Final report on user communities engagement

SSHOC is a 40-month project which unites 20 partner organisations and their 27 associates in developing the social sciences and humanities area of the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC). At the 40-month point, this report examines project activities from the perspective of stakeholder engagement and evaluates impacts in terms of progress against defined targets.
